13 Peter Magner - Outsider Artist

This video talks about Peter and how, as a member of the Brisbane Outsider Artist studio, has created so many paintings. Peter has Cerebral Palsy and a mild intellectual disability. Joining that group has changed his life and now he explores art in different forms, he draws, paints, etc. and joining Access Arts has allowed him to exhibit his art in Queensland.
